Downloading Free 3D Models for Blender and Unreal Engine

Blender is a 3D Modelling Software and it is Free and Open Source 3D Creation Suite, The latest version of Blender 3.4 Alpha is available.

If you are a Unity or Unreal Engine user you will need 3d assets/models to use so you can easily import Blender 3d models into the Game Maker software’s, Also there are many free sites to download free 3d models.

Free3dWorks offers Free 3D Models you can download them and use them in your projects, also you will find many free 3d products in many 3D formats like OBJ, FBX and Blender file that you will import into Blender or Directly into your Game maker software’s.

Just click on the above link and choose or search any product that you are looking for and download it, once you download the 3d model you will get a zip file that you need to extract.

After extracting you will find a FBX, OBJ or a Blender, 3ds max file you can easily import it into the Unreal Engine, Unity or in Blender.

If you don’t find a model that you want you should check out the Blender Tutorials on Youtube, On youtube there are many great 3D Guru’s Teaching Blender in an easy way in the beginning you might find the interface little bit difficult but by the time you will understand that it is a great simple 3D software to start with.

Another Tip if you want to save your time then you should just go ahead and find a Tutorial related to your need so this way you will learn and after the tutorial you will have your 3d model that you are looking for.

Blender Supports a FBX file you can easily import a FBX file with Textures, FBX is a universal file format. Also OBJ files are importable in Blender both files are Universal File Formats but the OBJ does not export the animation data as the FBX does export the animation data.

So if you want to import a model with clean geometry go with the FBX format you will be fine.
